Two new Amtrak West F59PHI's (#450 and #455) are on the point of the Coast Starlight, posing under the pedestrian bridge in San Luis Obispo. Amtrak seems to be using these F59PHI's on the Starlight regularly, occasionally as the sole power, as in this case.
